The heraldry retailer House of Names has a "Spurlin" page with a surname history and a crest image. Its gift pages sell Spurlin crest downloads in several styles, including "Heritage Series", "Legacy Series" and "Book Plated" JPGs, plus PDF history printouts, priced from $9.85 to $19.75 when checked in September 2026.[1][2] The crest image on the Spurlin page is stored under the name SPERLING.[1] That suggests the retailer uses the arms of the Sperling/Spurling family for the Spurlin name rather than a separate Spurlin grant.
