ArmLin House says it helps clients develop memoirs, business books, children's books and instructional videos, and then publish and market them.[1] Spurlin's Goodreads profile calls her the company's founder, chief editor and creative director. It says she has more than thirty years of experience in technology, project management, writing and publishing, and credits her as editor of Bernard Langs's The Art Thief.[3]
Background
In an interview posted by ArmLin House, Spurlin says she grew up in Chicago's south suburbs and has lived most of her adult life in Colorado. She describes herself as a lifelong writer who took up digital illustration and video editing in her fifties, and says she studied multimedia, graphic design and illustration during the COVID-19 pandemic.[2] In the interview she mentions working on the second book of a fantasy series.[2] ArmLin House also publishes her own art and illustration.[4]
