Dwaine Spurlin · Peoplestrong Dwaine Spurlin is a San Francisco jazz saxophonist, flutist, composer and leader of the Dwaine Spurlin Band (DSB). He played saxophone on LPs by Karlton Hester and Kwaku Dadey in the early 1980s and has led his own groups in the Bay Area since at least 1984.
